Submitting a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To do so, please provide:

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court and agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

Clipn.xyz reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws.
